Position Overview (Maintenance & Engineering Manager): The Maintenance & Engineering Manager is responsible for leading all maintenance and engineering activities within the Massillon facility. This individual will oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs, capital improvement projects, equipment reliability, utilities management, and facility maintenance while developing a high-performing maintenance team.
