How you'll make an impact

1. You will oversee the execution of maintenance plans for machines, equipment, production lines, and facilities to minimize downtime and ensure operational efficiency.

2. You will collaborate with the Engineering team to define maintenance plans for new production lines or facilities.

3. You will support the continuous availability and optimal functioning of production equipment by executing maintenance plans and assisting with root cause analysis. Collaborate with the Engineering team to recommend improvements that enhance the reliability, maintainability, and safety of equipment and facilities.

4. You will address and resolve major technical, equipment, and facilities issues quickly to minimize production disruptions and achieve higher line performance.

5. You will maintain accurate maintenance records, generate reports, and analyze data to inform decision-making and identify areas of improvement.

6. You will support continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process enhancements to boost maintenance efficiency, equipment reliability, and operational performance.

7. You will comply with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards by following procedures, assisting with audits, and maintaining a safe and compliant work environment.

8. You will support in managing tools, equipment, and spare parts to support maintenance tasks effectively. Maintain a clean and organized work area and help monitor spare parts inventory.

9. You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background

1. Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.

2. Minimum of 2 years of hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

3. Solid knowledge of maintenance procedures, troubleshooting, and equipment operation.

4. Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently under pressure.

5. Understanding of HSE standards and commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.

6. Ability to work well with others, share information clearly, and build positive working relationships across teams.
