Their responsibilities typically include answering phones, greeting visitors, managing schedules, handling correspondence, and maintaining files. They play a key role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the office by assisting staff and management with various clerical and organizational tasks. Main Office Assistants often serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, making communication and interpersonal skills essential.
