Job description

Records Clerk - ENRD

CGI Federal is seeking a Records Clerk to support the Environment and Natural Resources Division (ENRD) of the Department of Justice in Denver, CO. This position is located in 999 18th Street, Suite 370 South Terrace, Denver CO 80202.

Your future duties and responsibilities include:

  • Perform a variety of copy, mail, and records related services on an as needed basis for the Department of Justice division.
  • Provide quality customer service and work effectively in a team environment with other service staff.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role include:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in copy/scanning, mailroom, records management, or file room operations.
  • Ability to learn and retain a wide variety of tasks and perform them as needed with minimal or no notice.
  • Flexibility to work different shifts as required with minimal notice.
  • Proficiency in operating various office equipment, including photocopiers, fax machines, document scanners, and printers.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software, databases, and database software.
  • Strong problem solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to read and follow instructions explicitly.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Physical ability to perform tasks such as standing, bending, and stretching to retrieve files and boxes from shelves; lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds as needed; climbing short ladders or step stools and maintaining balance with or without loaded boxes; loading, pushing, and unloading carts of boxes or files.

Hourly Rate: $24.34/hour

CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors including but not limited to: skill set level, relevant experience and training, and licensure and certifications. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
