Job description

Essential Responsibilities:
  • Unpack and check goods received against purchase orders or invoices.
  • Prepare and assemble kits for customer fulfillment.
  • Responsible for final quality control and shipping of all shipments.
  • Inspect stock and distribute materials in inventory.
  • Perform warehouse/inventory control processes including auditing, cycle counting, and physical inventory.
  • Perform inventory transactions systematically in a timely and accurate manner, including material return to stock.
  • The role also may have secondary responsibilities for data entry and exception/expedite handling.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Previous work experience in a mailroom, packaging center, or assembly line preferred.
  • Must be able to do repetitive tasks with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to multitask, keep up with high productivity/quality standards, and closely follow instructions.
  • Team player with high attention to detail.
  • Willing and able to lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Experience using office equipment including a computer, copier, scanner, printer, etc.
  • Ability to navigate through internet-based system screens.
