Responsibilities for a Mailroom Clerk include but are not limited to:

  • Reject Decisioning & Sorting: Utilize audit trails and reports to pull rejected transactions and make informed decisions on complex, non-standard items.

  • High-Speed Mail Extraction: Operate specialized equipment such as I-Tran, IMBL, and OPEX (Falcon) models for efficient mail processing and scanning.

  • Complex Processing: Perform medium to high-complexity client sorting based on specific instructions while maintaining department accuracy benchmarks.

  • Team Collaboration: Assist with team training and work effectively in a fast-paced setting to meet daily production goals.

Candidates for Mailroom Clerk must meet the following requirements to be considered:

  • Technical Literacy: Strong computer skills and the ability to make quick, accurate decisions in a high-volume environment.

  • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and remain standing for the duration of an 8-hour shift.

  • Experience: Previous experience in a deadline-oriented processing, clerical, or warehouse setting is preferred.
