About the Role:
As a Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibility is Shipping and Receiving; process Incoming Mail and Packages; process Outgoing Mail and Packges; zero lifting restriction
Essential Job Responsibilities:
  • Shipping and Receiving
  • Process Incoming Mail and Packages
  • Process Outgoing Mail and Packages
  • Delivering Incoming Packages
  • Picking up Mail and Packages from Outgoing Areas
  • Prioritize work tasks based on processing schedules and client expectations, ensuring timely completion.
  • Escalate any and all issues to Manager when necessary.
  • Maintain a high level of safety awareness and promptly report potential hazards to Manager.
  • Adhere to security and privacy policies, standards, and guidelines to protect company and customer information.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Manager, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in task execution.
  • Engage in repetitive motion activities such as twisting, bending, climbing, and lifting with zero restrictions

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
  • Basic computer skills; Excel, Word, etc
  • Capability to stand, walk, grasp, reach with hands and arms, sit, talk, or hear as required by job duties.
  • Close vision and ability to focus are necessary for performing tasks accurately.
  • Ability to engage in repetitive motion activities like twisting, bending, and climbing.
  • Previous experience in Shipping and Receiving is advantageous.
