Legal Senior Onsite Service Specialist

Location: New York, NY 10017
Schedule: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Monday–Friday, 1-hour lunch)
Duration: Temp-to-hire (Start: 9/29/2025 – End: 12/27/2025)


About the Role

Thompson Hine is seeking a Legal Senior Onsite Service Specialist to support daily operations within a busy legal office environment. This role combines mailroom, hospitality, reception, and copy/print support with a strong emphasis on customer service.

You will interact daily with attorneys, paralegals, and staff, ensuring smooth office operations in a professional legal setting.


Key Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming/outgoing mail, shipping/receiving, and deliveries.

  • Provide copy, print, and document finishing services.

  • Support hospitality and reception, including meeting room setups.

  • Assist with inventory, supplies, and equipment upkeep.

  • Deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced legal environment.


Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in a legal environment (highly desired, must be highlighted on resume).

  • Prior experience in mailroom, hospitality, reception, or copy/print support.

  • Strong customer service and communication skills.

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
