Reporting to the Manager of Print and Mail Production, the Mail Service Analyst will be responsible for the following day to day tasks:

  • Responsible for the handling, sorting and routing of USPS mail
  • Pick-up and delivery of mail to designated locations
  • Perform warehouse related functions and collaborates with other team members to assist with other warehouse duties as assigned
  • Transport and exchange of mail/products to our multiple campuses
  • Process in coming overnight items, i.e. FedEx, UPS, etc., to meet client deadlines
  • Log and deliver incoming overnight packages within established time frames
  • Pick up of USPS mail from the post office on schedule runs
  • Must be flexible with work schedule
  • Must have ability to effectively perform any position or shift held by staff members at client site
  • Keeps management informed on all operational issues
  • Provides quality control on daily work performed
  • Ability to prioritize and work with others
  • Ability to troubleshoot problems and resolve customer issues
  • Must be able to meet deadlines and understand the time issues involved in mail & package handling
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Education/Experience:

  • High School/GED required.
  • Ability to have attention to detail, some basic math skills, and understanding of Pitney Bowes postage and inserter equipment required.
  • 1 to 3 years experience of Print Software experience preferred.
  • Experience with Adobe Acrobat preferred.
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds on a day to day basis.
