The Role
Direct Mail Marketing Manager (Campaign Execution)
Position Summary
We're seeking a highly detail-oriented marketing professional to support the execution of our direct mail campaigns within a structured, compliance-driven financial services environment.
This role is focused on the precise, end-to-end execution of direct mail campaigns-ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to established processes as our program continues to scale. The ideal candidate thrives in detail-heavy work, takes pride in getting things exactly right, and operates with a high level of ownership and accountability.
This is not a project management role. It is a hands-on execution role for someone who excels in the mechanics of campaign delivery and the discipline required in regulated marketing environments.
What You'll Do
  • Support the execution of direct mail campaigns from setup through deployment, ensuring strict adherence to timelines and requirements
  • Manage campaign logistics, including trafficking, routing, and coordination across internal stakeholders
  • Conduct detailed copy reviews, proofing, and quality assurance across all materials to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Coordinate with internal teams including finance, legal, and creative to facilitate approvals and maintain documentation
  • Interface with external mail vendors to support production, schedules, and delivery expectations
  • Monitor in-home delivery cadence and maintain visibility into campaign status at all stages
  • Support the maintenance and accuracy of the direct mail campaign calendar
  • Manage invoice routing, tracking, and reconciliation in partnership with finance
  • Maintain organized records of campaign documentation, approvals, and audit trails
  • Assist with inventory management, including tracking, forecasting needs, and coordinating print and supply orders

Support campaign reporting by ensuring underlying data and execution details are accurate and complete
