  • Sort & Distribute Electronic & Paper Mail Sort through daily batch print jobs and identify proper routing of documents
  • Accurately fold and stuff envelopes Route checks & other miscellaneous mail appropriate areas Type letters and re-route undeliverable mail
  • Transaction Processing Manage all transactions throughout the lifecycle of a bond, including new business, cancellations, reinstatements, amendments, and related updates.
  • Communicate with agents via email to deliver required documentation and respond to inquiries.
