LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Mail Clerk for our client in Blue Ash, Ohio. This contract-to-hire opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a structured office environment and takes pride in staying organized and efficient. Responsibilities
• Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries throughout the office
• Prepare and process outgoing mail, shipments, and courier packages
• Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing mail
• Scan, copy, file, and organize documents as needed
• Assist with inventory and ordering of mailroom and office supplies
• Support administrative and clerical tasks for various departments
• Ensure mailroom equipment and work areas remain organized and operational
• Provide excellent customer service to internal employees and visitors
Qualifications
• Previous mailroom, office support, clerical, administrative, or warehouse experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift and move packages when necessary
• Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated
