About the Role

As a Client Services Associate, you'll be the heartbeat of our workplace experience. You'll handle mail and package operations, support office supplies and shipping and receiving, organize supply inventoriesย and equipment management, assist with meeting room setups, and provide hospitality and occasional reception coverage.

This position is ideal for someone who excels in a fastpaced environment, loves helping others, and takes pride in maintaining a polished, organized workspace.


What You'll Doย 
Mailroom Operations
  • Receive, sort, and distribute all inbound mail and packages
  • Process outbound mail, shipments, and tracking documentation
  • Maintain accurate chainofcustody records
  • Notify employees of incoming deliveries and coordinate pickup

Warehouse & Logistics
  • Perform shipping and receiving tasks for supplies, materials, and equipment
  • Verify packing slips, inspect shipments, and report discrepancies

Office Operations
  • Monitor and restock office supplies
