Responsibilities

  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs 
  • Utilize data analytics to monitor performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives. 
  • Analyze data using Tableau to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with factory suppliers and vendors. 
  • Negotiate contracts and terms to secure favorable conditions and pricing
  • Analyze product categories and accounts activities, evaluate performance data, control warehouse inventory, participate in meetings with suppliers and after-market service providers.
  • Leverage supply chain management software such as SAP SCM and tools to monitor and manage operations
  • Stay updated on industry trends and integrate new technologies to enhance operation efficiency.
  •  Lead, mentor, and develop a team of branch employees.
  •  Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.
  •  Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures that comply with company and legal regulations.


Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management
  • 1+ years experience in commercial kitchen equipment wholesale business, warehouse inventory control, and data analysis using Tableau and SAP
