North Phoenix, AZ

Pay: $18.50/hr (or DOE if applicable)
Schedule:
Monday–Thursday: 2:00 PM – 10:18 PM
Friday: 2:00 PM – 11:18 PM

We're hiring dependable Insert Operators / Material Handlers to join a well-established paper and printing company with locations across the United States. The Phoenix facility is the company's busiest production site, producing over 108,000 customer mail pieces during a single 10-hour shift.

This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity with a company that offers excellent training, career advancement, and a stable work environment.

Job Duties
  • Keep production machines supplied with materials to ensure continuous operation.
  • Respond to machine indicator lights and deliver materials to operators as needed.
  • Sort and organize finished mail.
  • Move pallets of mail using a pallet jack.
  • Load completed pallets onto trucks for shipment.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment while following all safety procedures.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience preferred.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
  • Ability to safely lift and move production materials as needed.
  • Strong attendance, reliability, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
