Familiarity with industrial compressors, control panels, SCADA systems, and standard safety certifications like OSHA are typically required. Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication are valuable soft skills for this role. These skills ensure safe, efficient equipment operation, minimize downtime, and contribute to overall plant productivity.
