Job Overview
  • Adaptable team member capable of operating and maintaining a range of equipment.
  • Upholds Quality Standards by reviewing product for inconsistencies or abnormal appearance
  • Reads job specifications to determine machine adjustments and material requirements
  • Set stops or guides to specific lengths as indicated by scale, rule, or templates
  • Observes machine operation to detect product defects or machine malfunction and escalates issues to appropriate personnel when required.
  • Perform routine and preventative machine maintenance and document accordingly
  • Train new operators with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles and contribute to the overall success of the organization
  • Assists other operators to set up machines and any other necessary tasks to adhere to deadlines and completion of product
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Maintains a high level of accuracy and efficiency in all aspects of work assignments.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience operating specialized print press machinery.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be fluent in English, with strong reading and writing skills to interpret technical documents, job specifications, complete reports, and communicate effectively with team members.
  • Familiarity with safety standards, 6S and quality control procedures.
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must have a flexible schedule during high production Peak Seasons.

Physical Requirements
  • While performing the duties of this job the employee will be required to frequently stand on their feet for extended periods of time
