Job description


We are seeking experienced CNC Lathe Operators to join a growing aerospace manufacturing team in a clean, climate-controlled facility. 


This is a great opportunity for individuals with strong machining experience who are looking for a long weekend schedule while still earning a full 40-hour paycheck.


CNC Operator Schedule
  • Friday – Sunday 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM
  • Paid for 40 hours while working 36 hours
  • Overtime opportunities may be available

CNC Operator Responsibilities
  • Operate CNC lathe machines in a fast-paced aerospace manufacturing environment
  • Load and unload raw materials and finished parts
  • Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency
  • Perform tool changes and offsets as needed
  • Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and specifications
  • Use precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges

CNC Operator Qualifications
  • Previous CNC lathe operating experience required
  • Experience working with tight tolerances
  • Ability to read blueprints and use measuring equipment
  • Familiarity with Fanuc controls is a plus
  • Experience machining materials such as titanium or stainless steel preferred
