Job description

True Fab & Powder is hiring a Machine Operator for our Chandler, Arizona facility.

We are looking for someone dependable, mechanically inclined, and willing to learn in a hands-on manufacturing environment. This is a blue-collar shop position for someone who takes pride in showing up, working hard, learning new skills, and being part of a production team.

Work Schedule: 6AM - 4:30 PM, Monday thru Thursday

Main Duties Responsibilities include setup and operation of:

• Band saws

• Cold saws

• Basic layout and measurement of raw materials

• Material preparation for secondary operations

• General shop and production support

• Prepping parts for powder coating as needed

With the right work ethic, aptitude, and willingness to learn, this position may also include training on:

• CNC vertical machining centers

• CNC turning centers

• CNC press brakes

• Additional fabrication and production equipment

Requirements:

No specific prior experience is required, but the right candidate must have:

• Strong work ethic

• Good mechanical aptitude

• Ability to read a tape measure and use basic measuring tools

• Willingness to learn

• Dependability and punctuality

• Ability to follow instructions and shop procedures
