We are looking for a reliable and friendly Substitute Mail Carrier to join our growing team in beautiful Maricopa, Arizona. This is a Monday through Saturday, 24 mile, 8 hours a day route. This isn't just about moving packages from point A to point B; it is about connecting our community and ensuring that the mail and goods people rely on arrive exactly when they are expected. As a substitute, you bring a unique brand of flexibility and dependability to our day-to-day operations, stepping in to keep our routes flowing smoothly. You will be out in the community, seeing the sights of Maricopa and meeting the folks who count on us. We prioritize a positive atmosphere where every person on our team feels valued for their hard work and dedication. Responsibilities

Sort and organize mail and parcels for accurate delivery along assigned routes.

Safely operate delivery vehicles while adhering to all traffic laws and company protocols.

Deliver letters and packages to residential and business addresses in a timely manner.

Record delivery confirmation and update status logs through our mobile dispatch system.

Provide exceptional service by interacting professionally with customers throughout your route.

Maintain the cleanliness and basic organization of your assigned delivery vehicle.


Requirements

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 pounds.

Reliable personal transportation for daily use.

Comfort working outdoors in various weather conditions, specifically desert heat.

Capability to navigate complex routes using handheld mobile devices.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Vehicle with 120cubic inches of cargo space, SUV, van or Pickup truck with a topper/bedcover
