FBC Remodel is a residential design-build remodeling company specializing in kitchens, basements, bathrooms, and whole-home renovations. Our marketing combines digital strategy with hands-on local execution, including social media, content creation, community events, neighborhood campaigns, referral marketing, and customer engagement.

We are looking for a Marketing & Content Intern who wants hands-on experience bringing marketing ideas to life. This role goes beyond working behind a computer, you'll visit active projects, capture content, assist at events, prepare marketing materials, and help execute campaigns throughout the North Denver / Denver Metro Area.

What You’ll Do

·  Capture photo and video content at remodeling projects, showrooms, home shows, and community events

·  Assist with basic short-form video editing and prepare, schedule, and publish social media content

·  Organize photo and video assets for future marketing use

·  Prepare and deploy marketing materials, including signage, flyers, postcards, handouts, and event materials

·  Support neighborhood marketing, direct mail, jobsite marketing, and local outreach campaigns

·  Help prepare for and execute home shows, community events, and other local marketing opportunities

·  Assist with community, referral-partner, past-client, and customer review initiatives

·  Research local events, partnerships, neighborhoods, and new marketing opportunities

·  Support additional marketing projects and campaigns as needed

What Success Looks Like

A successful Marketing & Content Intern will consistently assist with capturing quality content, complete projects accurately and on time, help keep marketing materials and campaigns organized, and provide reliable support at events and in the community.

They will communicate proactively, bring new ideas and creativity to the team, and become increasingly confident and independent in recurring marketing responsibilities throughout the internship.

Internship Details

Compensation: $20–$22/hour, based on skills and experience
Schedule: Approximately 15–20 hours per week, with occasional evening or weekend events
Location: North Denver / Denver Metro Area

This is a temporary, part-time internship anticipated to continue through December 31, 2026. The internship may be extended based on business needs, performance, and mutual availability. Employment with FBC Remodel is at will, and either the employee or FBC Remodel may end the employment relationship at any time, with or without cause or notice, subject to applicable law.

  • Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Business, Advertising, Digital Media, or a related field
  • Interested in social media, content creation, digital marketing, and local business marketing
  • Organized, dependable, comfortable taking initiative, and willing to learn
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable interacting with customers, coworkers, community members, and professional partners
  • Willing to participate in project visits, content shoots, events, and community marketing
  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout the North Denver / Denver Metro Area

Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe, photography, videography, social media management, or CRM platforms is a plus, but not required.
