After completing your 1-month training program, you are able to repair coffee and espresso machines in big-chain coffee shops. Each day, you travel to customer locations to assess needs. You perform installations, repair services, and preventative maintenance on various coffee equipment.Aside from working on these machines, you also provide upkeep of your service vehicle. You make sure to keep it clean and organized at all times. Safety is a priority to you, and you always adhere to policies and procedures. You perform routine inventory checks of in-stock and out-of-stock items in your vehicle to ensure you always have needed parts.When work orders come in, you respond in a friendly and efficient manner. You accurately and thoroughly complete service request forms and invoice breakdowns. Always respectful and professional, you ensure that the customer understands the work that was completed.
