Position: Machine Operator

Job Summary:
Operate and set up both primary and secondary millwork machines independently. These machines are used to cut, shape, and surface wood-based materials for the production of cabinets, doors, trim, tables, specialty fixtures, and more.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Selects, installs, and adjusts saw blades, cutter heads, boring bits, and other devices in respective machines.
  • Reads and interprets drawings, cut lists, schematics to verify machine settings and materials match component specifications
  • Starts machine and makes trial cut.
  • Verifies dimensions of parts for adherence to specifications.
  • Operates computer system and machine programming.

Pay & Schedule | Pago y Horario

  • Starting Pay: $15–$17/hour (based on experience)
    Pago Inicial: $15–$17 por hora (según experiencia)
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday
    Some Saturdays and overtime as needed
