Position Overview
We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join our production team as Machine Assistants. This critical role involves supporting the production process by feeding raw corrugated sheets into machines, catching and stacking finished product bundles in the correct orientation according to customer specifications, and assisting with various tasks to ensure smooth operations. The Machine Assistant will work closely with machine operators to maintain efficiency, inspect product quality, and uphold safety standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Due to production demands and staffing needs, this position requires flexibility to assist with additional tasks such as assembling, banding, stitching, and gluing to support the overall workflow.
Key Responsibilities
  • Material Handling: Load raw corrugated sheets into machines and stack finished bundles accurately, ensuring compliance with customer specifications.
  • Production Support: Collaborate with machine operators to maintain a steady workflow, preventing bottlenecks and optimizing efficiency.
