* Explore customer financial needs to recommend services and products
* Conduct business development visits to promote the bank s services and products
* Assist customers with banking/financial needs
* Remain knowledgeable about products, fees, policies and current offers to assist customers with product suggestions
* Cash handling and adherence to proper balancing procedures
* Accountable for the achievement of monthly targets as assigned
* Operate the cash vault according to established policy and procedures
* Balance the ATM and coin machine
* Assist customers through the commercial teller window
* Regular and predictable attendance and punctuality
* Other duties as assigned
Physical Requirements:
* Required to stand or walk for extended periods of time dependent upon branch location
* Schedules are prepared based on business need and subject to change at any time.
* Operate a computer and other office machinery
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
