SUMMARY OF POSITION AND RESPONSIBILITY:
The Machine Operator at Allied Stone is responsible for operating and overseeing stone fabrication machinery to ensure precise cutting, shaping, and finishing of stone products. This role involves interpreting technical drawings, conducting machine setup, maintenance, troubleshooting, and enforcing safety and quality standards throughout production.

  • Operate and oversee stone fabrication machinery for accurate cutting, shaping, and finishing of stone products.
  • Interpret technical drawings and specifications, guiding machine setup for optimal performance.
  • Monitor and adjust machine settings, promptly addressing any issues to maintain optimal performance.
  • Conduct regular maintenance on machines, troubleshoot problems, and ensure all equipment is in working order.
  • Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
  • Enforce and maintain rigorous quality control processes throughout the production cycle.
  • Enforce safety protocols and regulations, fostering a culture of safety within the team.
