**Job Title: **Machine Operator

**Location: **McAllen, TX

Pay Rate: $11.00 per hour

Schedule: Must be open to working 2nd Shift, 3rd Shift and some Saturdays

We are seeking experienced Machine Operatorsto join a leading manufacturing company. This position is ideal for individuals with hands-on experience operating presses, drill presses, plastic molding machines, and other manufacturing machinery. The right candidate will be reliable, detail-oriented, and flexible to meet production demands.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate and monitor various manufacturing machines, including presses, die cast, drill presses, and plastic molding equipment

  • Maintain production quality standards by inspecting parts and making adjustments as needed

  • Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work environment

  • Troubleshoot minor machine issues and report maintenance needs

  • Work collaboratively with the production team to meet daily quotas

Requirements & Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED required

  • Previous experience operating manufacturing machinery

  • Ability to work weekends and overtime as needed

  • Background check and Drug Test will be conducted
