Position Summaryย
The Project Manager is responsible for the end-to-end management of assigned projects across DCSL warehouse locations. This role owns all phases of project execution โ from initial scoping and quoting through onsite management and final closeout. The Project Manager serves as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and internal teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification. Day-to-day work is primarily based at local DCSL warehouse facilities, with travel outside the area on an as-needed basis. This is a highly self-directed, field-forward role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, logistics-driven environment.ย
What You'll Doย
Own assigned projects from quoting phase through final closeout, including scope definition, timeline development, staffing, procurement, and budget management.ย
Communicate directly with clients, contractors, designers, and subcontractors using an RFI/Q/P process regarding cost, staffing, scheduling, and change orders.ย
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, including milestones, deliverables, and dependencies; revise plans through a structured change order process as needed.ย

Physical Requirementsย
This is a physically demanding, field-based role. Candidates must be able to perform activities requiring considerable use of arms, legs, and full body movement โ including climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling materials up to 50 lbs. Must be comfortable working at varying heights, near moving machinery or equipment, in non-temperature-controlled environments, and outdoors in all weather conditions and over uneven terrain.ย
