Job Summary
At Extar LLC, you will be trained in the production of the parts that go into our products. Employees should be able to work independently once trained. We are looking for fast learners who will be able to identify and solve problems while putting great care into maintaining the quality of their work and the product. Those who are interested in continuous improvement will be valued. Mechanical aptitude preferred.
Responsibilities and Duties

  • Operation of metal cutting machinery
  • Ability to multitask, keeping multiple machines running efficiently.
  • Learn to inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, depth gauges, etc.
  • Must be a self-starter, able to work with minimal supervision while performing daily tasks.
Qualifications and Skills

  • Must be 18 or older.
  • Mathematically competent.
  • Able to stand for the entire shift.
  • Able to lift and carry 50 pounds.
  • Once trained, requires minimal supervision.
  • Experience is not required.
  • Strict time management with self and other employees to support a productive work environment.
  • Excellent on-time attendance.
  • Ability to work on a busy manufacturing floor.
