We are a well-established, growing custom cabinet company seeking long-term team member to join our shop. With over 20 years in business, we specialize in high-end, fully custom cabinetry and complete remodeling solutions for both residential and commercial projects.

As a full-service operation, we handle everything in-house, from design and engineering to CNC machining, fabrication, finishing, and installation.

What We’re Looking For

Our ideal candidate will have experience in custom cabinetry, millwork, or related trades and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.


Core Responsibilities:

  • Read and interpret shop drawings and build to specification
  • Assemble, fabricate, and/or install custom cabinetry and millwork
  • Operate shop equipment including CNC machines, edge banders, jointers, planers, sanders, and saws
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure quality and efficiency
  • Manage multiple projects and meet production deadlines


Leadership Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily shop operations, workflow, and production schedules
  • Coordinate with sales and project management teams
  • Train, mentor, and develop shop personnel
  • Ensure quality control and on-time project delivery

Qualifications:

  • Strong background in woodworking, cabinetry, or millwork
  • Experience in construction and coordination with other trades
