We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Machine Shop General Laborer to support daily operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position assists machinists and production staff by handling materials, maintaining clean work areas, operating basic equipment, and helping ensure efficient workflow throughout the shop.
Key Responsibilities: Load, unload, and move raw materials and finished parts throughout the shop Assist machinists and operators with setup and production tasks Clean and maintain machines, tools, and work areas Operate basic shop equipment Deburr, inspect, and package finished parts Follow work instructions, blueprints, and safety procedures Perform routine shop maintenance and organize inventory/materials Assist with shipping and receiving as needed Maintain a safe and productive work environment
