Job description

One of our manufacturing clients is looking for a dependable Machine Operator to support daily production operations at their **Grafton, WI **facility.

**Pay Rate: **$16/hr - $18/hr

**Shift: **All shifts

Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate production machinery according to established procedures and production schedules

  • Monitor machines during operation and make basic adjustments as needed

  • Inspect products throughout the production process to ensure quality specifications are met

  • Load raw materials and remove completed products from equipment

  • Identify machine issues and communicate equipment concerns to the appropriate team

  • Perform basic cleaning and operator-level maintenance of production equipment

  • Complete production, quality, and downtime records accurately

  • Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards

  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation in accordance with 5S practices

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED preferred

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience operating machinery in a manufacturing or production environment
