Job description

Machine Operator
First shift - Starting Pay: $16.00 hour
Monday - Thursday 6:00 AM to 4:15 AM - (with opportunities for overtime, Friday and Saturday)
Second shift - Starting Pay: $17.00 hour
Monday - Thursday 4:30 PM to 2:45 AM - (with opportunities for overtime, Friday and Saturday)
Required Skill Set:
  • Understanding of tool wear
  • Tool changes and offsets
  • Automation – robots and ability to work through select alarms (any experience a plus)
  • Operator efficiency
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
Must be able to stand for 10 hour shifts

Principle Duties and Responsibilities
  • Operate various machines, such as CNC's, Coin Presses and Dial's.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. repetitively
  • Ability to stand for 10 hour shifts
  • Train other employees on equipment when necessary
  • Meet quality standards
  • Maintain production standards.
  • Maintain a clean work area.
Working Conditions.
Industrial Plant setting. Continuous exposure to noise. Safety protection is required. Must wear safety shoes, safety glasses, hearing protection and work in a safe manner at all times. Must strive for continuous improvement. Overtime is required.
