Exciting Opportunity for Computerized Machine Operator (CAM Drive Machine Operators) in Clearwater, FL!

Work Now Staffing is thrilled to announce an exciting opening for Eurtoturn Machine Operator (CAM Drive Machine Operators) at our esteemed client in Clearwater, FL. If you're experienced and ready for a rewarding challenge, this is your chance!

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour 

Shift: Will train on 1st shift - 7:00am - 3:30pm, then will transfer to 2nd Shift - 3:15pm - 11:45pm, Monday to Friday

Job Details: We are seeking an experienced Euroturn CAM Drive Operator to join the production team. This position requires hands-on experience operating CAM-driven equipment (not CNC). The selected candidate will train on first shift and transition to second shift once fully trained.

Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate Euroturn CAM-driven machines
  • Monitor machine performance and make mechanical adjustments as needed
  • Inspect parts to ensure quality and accuracy
  • Maintain production standards and meet daily output goals
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting
  • Follow all safety and quality procedures
Requirements
  • Prior experience operating CAM-driven machinery (Euroturn or similar)
  • Mechanical aptitude and ability to make machine adjustments
  • Ability to read work instructions and use measuring tools
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
  • Willingness to train on 1st shift and move to 2nd shift
Preferred
  • Manufacturing or precision production experience
  • Experience in high-volume production environments
