Job Overview

We are hiring a Machine Operator to support our production team. The Machine Operator is responsible for operating and monitoring injection molding equipment used to manufacture plastic components. This includes ensuring machines run efficiently, parts meet quality standards, and production targets are achieved safely and consistently.

Schedule: All Shifts Available (1st, 2nd, 3rd)

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and monitor injection molding machines during production runs
  • Load raw materials and assist with machine setup and changeovers
  • Inspect molded parts for defects and ensure quality standards are met
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and minor machine adjustments
  • Maintain accurate production records and report issues to supervisors
  • Keep work area clean and follow all safety procedures (PPE compliance)
  • Support continuous production flow and meet daily output goals
