Now Hiring: Production Machine Operator – 2nd Shift
Appleton, WI | Monday–Wednesday | 3:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Work 36 Hours, Get Paid for 40!)

Full-Time | Hands-On | Stable Career Opportunity

Are you mechanically inclined, dependable, and enjoy working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? A to Z Machine Company is looking for a Production Machine Operator to help machine quality parts and keep production moving.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving, and working with precision equipment in a clean, organized shop.


What You'll Do:

Machine production parts to blueprint
Perform basic inspections using micrometers, calipers & gauges
Index inserts and monitor part quality
Count, tag, and prepare finished parts
Debur parts and support shop organization during downtime
Meet production goals while maintaining quality standards
Follow all 6S, ISO/quality, and safety procedures


You're a Great Fit If You Have:

High School Diploma or Equivalent
1+ year of manufacturing experience preferred
Experience using hand tools and mechanical equipment
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
