Overview

Block Machine Operator

Join Our Team as a Block Machine Operator!
We are looking for a skilled and dependable Block Machine Operator to join our team. In this role, you’ll operate and maintain production equipment, ensure our masonry and hardscape products meet quality standards, and lead and mentor operator trainees. If you have strong mechanical aptitude, leadership skills, and a commitment to safety and quality, we’d like to hear from you.

Things You’ll Do

  • Operate and adjust equipment, including mixers, block machines, and color dispensing systems.
  • Ensure all masonry and hardscape products meet company quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate production documentation, including daily production reports and maintenance logs.
  • Lead, train, and mentor a team of operator trainees.
  • Enforce safety standards and promote a clean, organized work environment.
  • Perform preventative maintenance and basic repairs on equipment.
  • Work closely with operators and supervisors to improve processes and maintain product quality.
  • Participate in team discussions to enhance efficiency and product quality.
  • Support the Plant Manager and supervisor and perform additional duties as needed.
