Job description

We are seeking a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Machine Operator to join our production team. This position involves operating a blender machine used to mix powder-based materials, performing basic production tasks, and supporting warehouse operations.

The ideal candidate will have basic math skills for weighing and counting materials in pounds, experience working in a production or manufacturing environment, and the ability to operate a stand-up forklift.

Pay: $17
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM + Overtime
Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor blender machines used for mixing powder products

  • Weigh and measure materials accurately using basic math calculations

  • Load raw materials into blending equipment

  • Ensure proper mixing procedures and production quality standards

  • Operate a stand-up forklift to move materials and finished products

  • Follow safety and operational procedures at all times

  • Maintain a clean and organized production area

  • Assist with general warehouse and production duties as needed

Qualifications

  • Bilingual English / Spanish required

  • Previous machine operator or manufacturing experience preferred

  • Experience with stand Up forklift and blender or mixing machines is a plus
