Job description

Specific Role:

We're looking for a skilled and dependable Panel Bender Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team at EMIT Technologies. In this role, you'll operate and maintain our panel bender to produce high-quality components that meet precise specifications. You'll work hands-on to ensure every part is formed accurately, efficiently, and to EMIT's high standards for performance and safety.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Operate the panel bender to meet daily production schedules and output goals

  • Ensure all finished products meet EMIT's quality and dimensional standards

  • Organize and label completed manufacturing orders (MOs), transferring finished work to pallets

  • Accurately maintain job status in OSEON to support production flow and traceability

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience operating press brakes, panel benders, or similar forming equipment preferred

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions

  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

  • Reliable, safety-minded, and eager to learn new manufacturing technologies

Physical & Safety Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 50-75 lbs. repeatedly

  • Comfortable standing, walking, and moving throughout an entire shift

  • Always use applicable PPE

  • Follow safety protocols when using tools and handling materials
