Job description

Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Machine Operator / Production Associate to join our manufacturing team in Pacific, MO. This role is responsible for operating production equipment, performing quality inspections, and supporting warehouse and assembly operations to ensure efficient and safe manufacturing processes.

The ideal candidate has experience in CNC or semi-automated machine operation, warehouse logistics, and quality control within a fast-paced production environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Operate CNC press and semi-automated production equipment
  • Adjust machine settings and monitor production cycles
  • Feed raw materials and inspect finished parts for quality and precision
  • Perform quality checks using measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers
  • Read and interpret basic schematics and production instructions
  • Maintain accurate production and activity logs
  • Assist with assembly, packaging, labeling, and palletizing
  • Load and unload materials and finished goods
  • Use pallet jacks, forklifts, and RF scanners as needed
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Follow all safety procedures and company SOPs


Qualifications

  • Previous experience in manufacturing, machine operation, or warehouse environments preferred
  • Experience operating CNC or semi-automated machinery a plus
  • Ability to read basic schematics and follow written instructions
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control standards
  • Experience with precision measuring instruments preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
  • Forklift and/or pallet jack certification a plus
