Finishing Operator / Machine Operator (Plant General)


Location: Strongsville, OH
Job Type: Contract (W-2) | 3+ Months
Pay: $17.00/hour
Shift: Day & Night shifts available + Overtime


Job Overview

We are hiring Machine Operators / General Laborers to support manufacturing and finishing operations in a fast-paced plant environment.


Responsibilities
  • Operate machines for cutting, sanding, assembly, and finishing
  • Inspect products for quality and defects
  • Perform general labor tasks (cleaning, labeling, pallet handling)
  • Assist with machine setup, changeovers, and production support
  • Follow all safety guidelines and wear PPE

Requirements
  • Manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience preferred
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Comfortable in a physical, fast-paced environment
  • Willing to work overtime and flexible shifts
