Job description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining machinery used in the production process, ensuring quality and efficiency standards are met. The Machine Operator will also perform routine inspections and support overall plant operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up machines (calibration, cleaning, adjustments) to start a production cycle.
  • Operate machinery in accordance with safety standards and production goals.
  • Monitor machine operation to detect problems; adjust as needed.
  • Conduct in-process quality checks and report defects or issues.
  • Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on machines.
  • Maintain accurate production records and logs.
  • Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
  • Work collaboratively with team members, supervisors, and quality assurance.
  • Follow all company policies, safety protocols, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
