In 2007, Scott Becker relocated from Cleveland, Ohio to St. Louis, Missouri and founded Dedicated Staffing. In Ohio, Scott worked for Lake Management for 11 years as their primary recruiter. Scott brought his knowledge, experience, ambition, drive and success in the manufacturing recruitment field to St. Louis where, together with a core group of dynamic and hardworking employees, Dedicated Staffing has steadily grown into a valuable recruiting resource for many clients across the St. Louis region. Dedicated Staffing has recently expanded across the river into the Illinois manufacturing field where we continue to provide skilled laborers and professionals for all things manufacturing.
