Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Corrugated Machine Operator to join a growing manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating corrugated converting or finishing equipment and be committed to producing high-quality products while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Set up, operate, and monitor corrugated manufacturing/converting machines.
  • Read and interpret production orders, specifications, and work instructions.
  • Perform machine adjustments to ensure product quality and production efficiency.
  • Conduct first-piece and in-process quality inspections.
  • Troubleshoot minor machine issues and perform routine adjustments.
  • Load raw materials and ensure continuous production flow.
  • Complete production reports and maintain accurate records.
  • Perform routine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance.
  • Follow all health and safety policies, GMPs (where applicable), and company procedures.
  • Work closely with production supervisors and team members to meet daily production targets.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience operating corrugated manufacturing or converting equipment.
  • Experience with machines such as Flexo Folder Gluer (FFG), Rotary Die Cutter, Printer Slotter, Folder Gluer, Stitcher, Laminator, or Corrugator is considered an asset.
  • Ability to read work orders, measuring tools, and production specifications.
  • Mechanically inclined with strong troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work overtime when required.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in the corrugated packaging or paper products industry.
