???? Now Hiring: Tooling & Gaging Technician
???? Appleton, WI | ???? Monday–Friday | 1st Shift

???? Full-Time | Hands-On | Essential Shop Support Role

Are you mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and enjoy working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? A to Z Machine Company is looking for a Tooling & Gaging Technician to help keep our CNC shop running smoothly by supporting tooling, gaging, and shop floor operations.

If you enjoy staying organized, working with precision equipment, and being a key part of the manufacturing process - we want to hear from you!


What You'll Do:

???? Pick up, inspect, clean, and organize tooling & gaging
???? Check gages in and out for shop floor use
???? Tear down and assemble tooling as needed
???? Set up tooling and gaging lists for machinists
???? Keep tooling organized, labeled, and ready to go
???? Support machinists and production teams
⚙️ Assist with tooling maintenance and troubleshooting (higher levels)
✅ Follow all 6S, ISO/quality, and safety procedures


You're a Great Fit If You Have:

???? Manufacturing experience preferred (1+ year ideal)
???? Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions
