Machine Cleaner

Lawton, Oklahoma On-Site Machine Cleaner starting at $16/ hour | Weekly Pay Description

Are you mechanically inclined and ready to grow your career? InnoSource is seeking reliable and motivated individuals for a Machine Cleaner position at a major manufacturing facility in Lawton, OK. This is a full-time opportunity with excellent pay, weekly compensation, and room for advancement.

You'll be working in a fast-paced, industrial environment where your ability to clean, repair, and maintain machine systems will play a key role in daily plant operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clean production machinery, mixers, conveyors, feeders, and other equipment according to set schedules
  • Inspect machines for leaks, wear, or damage during cleaning
  • Record cleaning activities on maintenance logs or checklists
  • Keep work area clean, organized, and free of debris
  • Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to schedule cleanings with minimal downtime
  • Assist with general plant cleaning, sanitation, or light maintenance tasks

Requirements

Skills and Knowledge – Machine Cleaner
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with experience in machine cleaning
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a high-production environment
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks in a non-climate-controlled facility
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow safety procedures
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
Education and Experience – Machine Cleaner
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Welding or maintenance certifications are a plus but not required
