Job description

Machine Operator – 2nd Shift

Must be BILINGUAL- Spanish only ok

Shift: 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM

We are seeking experienced Machine Operators to work in a paper bag manufacturing facility.

Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor paper bag converting and printing machines.
  • Read production orders and verify correct materials and printing requirements.
  • Assist with machine setup and loading paper rolls.
  • Monitor glue levels and perform routine machine cleaning.
  • Troubleshoot minor machine issues and make adjustments as needed.
  • Conduct quality checks on finished products.
  • Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.

Requirements

  • Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred.
  • Comfortable working around large machinery.
  • Ability to use basic hand tools (wrenches, pliers, Allen keys).
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Comfortable working in tight spaces and cleaning equipment.
  • Able to stand for the entire shift.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
