MUST HAVE:

5+ years of progressive MS SQL DBA experience

Experience with database design, scripting, implementation and maintenance

Experience with data modeling tools and data model development

From SQL side knowledge of the following:  

Build and maintain SQL scripts

Manage job processes and log files

Perform backup and restore procedures and maintain user profiles and scripts on production databases

Experience with developing and establishing reporting, process, documentation and policies related to the data base environment

Experience with legacy technologies including AS/400

Strong written & verbal communication skills


NICE TO HAVE:

DB2/400 experience 

PostgreSQL and other relational databases

RPG experience 

Java expeirnice 

Experience with transitions and migrations
