MRO Planners are professionals responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) activities within an organization. They ensure that equipment and facilities are maintained efficiently by organizing preventive maintenance, managing spare parts inventories, and coordinating with maintenance teams. MRO Planners help minimize downtime and support operational reliability by making sure the right resources are available at the right time. Their work is crucial in industries such as manufacturing, aviation, and utilities.
