Job description

Sparta Networking is supporting a leading aviation operator at Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL) in the hiring of experienced FAA-certified A&P Technicians with hands-on Boeing 737 MAX experience.
This role supports line and operational maintenance on the Boeing 737 MAX fleet. The ideal candidate has strong troubleshooting capabilities, a safety-first mindset, and experience working in a fast-paced airline or MRO environment.
Full-time and contract opportunities available.
Key Responsibilities

  • Perform line maintenance and scheduled inspections on Boeing 737 MAX aircraft
  • Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical discrepancies
  • Remove and install aircraft components and systems
  • Conduct operational and functional checks
  • Support gate calls and AOG events as required
  • Ensure compliance with FAA regulations and company procedures
  • Complete accurate maintenance documentation
Required Qualifications
  • F irframe & Powerplant (A&P) License - Required
  • Proven experience on Boeing 737 MAX aircraft
  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
  • Commercial airline or MRO experience preferred
  • Safety-driven and team-oriented mindset
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Must pass background check and drug screening
Compensation
  • $34.00 - $45.00 per hour (based on experience)
